A digital pressure switch is a compact pressure sensor with a built-in display and adjustable switching outputs, used to confirm that a pneumatic circuit has reached a set pressure or vacuum level. The DPSN1-01-020 is a compound-range unit covering −100 to +100 kPa with two independent NPN outputs, so one device can watch both the vacuum that holds a part and the positive blow-off that releases it.

The range is compound — −100 to +100 kPa — so one unit covers both the vacuum side of a suction gripper and the low positive pressure used to blow a part off. Two independent NPN outputs mean you can set one threshold for "part gripped" and a second for "vacuum lost", and wire them to different controller inputs. The dual-row display shows live pressure in red and your setpoint in green at the same time, which makes commissioning a suction cup array far quicker than a single-value gauge. PT1/8 male and M5 female ports fit directly onto common ejectors and manifolds. Electrically and dimensionally compatible with the AirTAC DPS series.

Frequently asked questions
What pressure range does this cover?
−100 to +100 kPa, that is −0.1 to 0.1 MPa. It is a compound range, so the same unit reads vacuum and low positive pressure. For higher positive pressure up to 1 MPa, use the DPSN1-10-020 variant instead.
Why are there two outputs?
OUT1 and OUT2 have independent setpoints. A common setup is OUT1 as “part gripped” at a strong vacuum level and OUT2 as “vacuum low” as an early warning, wired to two different controller inputs.
Is this NPN or PNP?
This model is NPN (sinking). The DPSP1-01-020 is the PNP (sourcing) equivalent if your input card needs that.
What do the five wires do?
1 brown is 12–24 V supply, 2 black is OUT1, 3 white is OUT2, 4 orange is not connected, and 5 blue is ground.
Is it compatible with AirTAC DPS switches?
Yes — it follows the AirTAC DPS series model coding, port threads and electrical interface, so it can replace one in an existing installation. It is a compatible equivalent, not AirTAC-branded product.
What do the two display rows show?
The red row is live pressure and the green row is the selected setpoint, shown at the same time. That makes setting thresholds on a suction cup array much faster than with a single-value gauge.
