This is the complete set of 3D-printed structural parts for a Hugging Face LeRobot SO-101 (SO-ARM100 / SO-ARM101) robot arm — base, motor holders, under-arm and upper-arm links, wrist roll and pitch, moving jaw, handle and trigger — printed to order in Singapore in PLA+, cleaned of supports and fitted with M3 heat-set inserts, for builders who have the servos but no printer or no 17 hours of machine time to spare.

What can you use it for?

  • Building an SO-101 follower or leader arm around a 6-servo STS3215 set
  • Adding a second follower for bimanual (two-arm) LeRobot data collection
  • Replacing a cracked or worn printed link on an arm already in service
  • Classroom and workshop builds where students assemble rather than print
  • Labs that have the budget for parts but not the two days of printer time

Who is it for?

LeRobot builders, university labs and classrooms who already own or are buying Feetech STS3215 servos, and want the printed structure to arrive finished rather than tie up a printer for two days.

Compatibility

  • Arms: SO-ARM100 and SO-ARM101 (LeRobot SO-101), leader and follower — geometry unchanged from the official TheRobotStudio design
  • Servos: 6 × Feetech STS3215 per arm (12 V for the follower, the 7.4 V gear-ratio mix for the leader), with 25 T metal horns
  • Software: Hugging Face LeRobot so101_follower and so101_leader configurations work unmodified
  • Add-ons: ArmDojo SO-101 Builder's Pack supplies the adapter board, horns, cables, power and clamps

Shipping and returns

Printed and dispatched from Singapore with tracking. Free standard shipping on orders over $25 to Canada, the UK, EU, Japan, Korea, Australia and most other countries (5–15 days); to the United States at carrier cost from $11.99. Because every set is printed to order, allow the lead time above before dispatch. 7-day returns; a mis-printed or warped part is reprinted or refunded with shipping covered. Import duties, where charged by your country, are paid by the recipient — these parts are declared Singapore origin, HS 8487.90.

Frequently asked questions

What is not included?

Servos, horns, cables, controller board, power supply and clamps. Add the SO-ARM101 12-servo set and the SO-101 Builder's Pack from this store and you have a complete arm.

Is the geometry the official design?

Yes. These are the unmodified STL files published by TheRobotStudio for the SO-101, so LeRobot's so101 configurations and every community tutorial apply without changes.

Why does it take 5–7 days?

A follower set is about 17 hours of printer time and a leader about 18. We print on receipt of your order rather than holding finished stock, so the lead time is real production, not warehouse handling.

Why would I buy printed parts instead of printing them myself?

If you own a printer and have two days of machine time, print them — the files are free and we link them. People buy this set when the printer is busy, when they have no large-format printer, or when a lab cannot justify the labour of support removal and insert fitting.

Does Singapore origin matter?

For United States buyers it can. Duty is assessed on country of origin; these parts are printed in Singapore and declared as such, rather than being China-origin goods re-boxed. Your own customs treatment still depends on your country and the value of the shipment.

Can I get PETG or a different colour?

Yes. PETG and custom colours are available on request — email before ordering so we can confirm lead time, since colour changes affect how we batch plates.
